Derek Hong holds a Bachelor of Divinity from Trinity Theological College in Singapore. He has served thirty years in the Anglican denomination, pastoring Church of Our Saviour, Singapore. His passion is to make every believer powerful in God. He oversees this School and its curriculum and has committed himself to mentor participants.
In 1978, the Holy Spirit began to move powerfully in revival among the Church of Our Saviour members. Since then, the church has been moving in the Spirit especially in cell groups, healing, teaching, deliverance, spiritual warfare and counselling ministries.
The attendance at church services has grown from about 80 in 1976 to about 4,000. The church now resources and supports many ministries, missionaries and releasing many mission teams to cross-cultural outreaches and church planting all over Asia.
