APPLICATION INFORMATION
1.	Each applicant must complete the admissions application form and send it in by post. The application form can be downloaded here. Please answer all the questions in the application form. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with a non-refundable registration fee of SGD50. Please make cheques or money orders payable to ‘Church Of Our Saviour’. Please indicate ‘Registration fee for -School of Supernatural Ministry’ on the back of your cheque.
2.	Please enclose TWO recent passport size photographs of yourself.
3.	References – Each applicant is required to submit recommendations from three references to the school: one from your pastor, one from your spiritual leader (e.g. Cell Leader/Ministry leader/Mentor, etc) and one personal recommendation from people who know you well and can speak on your behalf regarding your character, gifts and calling. Please do not use relatives for any of the required recommendations. If your pastor is your parent or spouse, ask another member of the church’s pastoral staff to complete the form. They can send the recommendation by mail. To expedite the application process, a stamped envelope should be provided for each referee, with the forwarding address stated at the end of this section. Please follow up with these individuals to ensure they have completed and mailed the form to us, to ensure that this does not delay your application.
4.	Students are advised to apply as early as possible as the maximum number of students that can be accepted per year is limited. Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school ofﬁce. *CLOSING DATES - Foreign Students - 29 February 2012 - Local Students - 15 March 2012
